HMO-4004 | Accessory: Anti-Rotation Ball Valve Mount, MEP-4000

The HMO-4004 non-rotation bracket kit is for mounting MEP-4000 series actuators (except quick-mount “V” models) to ball valves. It includes “long” and “short” mount brackets and related hardware.

(For quick-mount MEP-4xxxV actuators, use the HPO-5074 kit instead.)
