These options bring both desktop and mobile-based administration coupled with high security to building management, all while providing the reporting to guide those decisions.

KMC is developing a complete IoT Platform that forms an end-to-end solution, from sensors and controllers to cloud-based management. Remote visualization and control are enabled via a cloud-hosted, mobile application based architecture with secure data access.

Key applications in the architecture:

KMC Converge™ is a complete solution bringing the power of Niagara Workbench and Tridium JACE hardware. KMC Converge is a Niagara application enabling rapid device deployment and a mobile ready interface.

KMC Conquest™ controllers are fully programmable, native BACnet controllers with integrated alarming, trending, and scheduling that maintain logic and data at the edge. KMC Conquest controllers are enabled with NFC technology allowing field configuration with our mobile app: KMC Connect Lite.

KMC Connect™ enables controller configuration, customization, and building commissioning. Integrated wizards enable rapid controller configuration and deployment. Connect also powers reports for building analytics to allow enhanced management decision-making based on historical data.

KMC Connect Lite™ is a powerful new option for the system integrator during installation. Using low power NFC antennas (Near Field Communications), initial sensor device settings can be quickly copied and applied to multiple additional devices prior to installation from this convenient application, available on your desktop PC or your smart phone.

This aids in initial device setup, as you can configure one device on your network, then quickly apply those same settings to all your remaining devices simply by touching it to your smart phone. Individual settings can also be customized before applying to a specific device if necessary.
